In 1944 the Zappala family started the family business. The bakery remains in the family to this day. They currently employ over 35 people, and take pride in being an active member in the Lawrence and community.

One of the last traditional Italian bakeries, brings four generations of baking experience and over 80 years of serving the Merrimack Valley with the finest "true" Italian breads.

You can enjoy our products at local restaurants, grocery stores, schools, and our own store. Tripoli Bakery is there to complete your menu from our double Sicilian loaf to a fresh filled cannoli for dessert.
